Regarding Incident and Request closure survey.

Hi All,

I have created  email notification and survey for Incident and Request and that is triggered after incident and Request closure.

1) I have closed 'XYZ' request just few seconds back and closed 'ABC' request few hours back but i didnt submitted 'ABC' survey, after closing 'XYZ' request i received one email notification with survey link and after clicking on that link it is opening survey for 'ABC' request.

 

But I want like this  if i'm clicking link of  'XYZ' request that should open survey of 'XYZ' request and not any other survey.

 

Please help me with this.

If you set to 25% it will send the survey for every 4th record. You can adjust accordingly

still it is opening old survey and not recent.
