Hi @shaikfaheem ,
No one can answer it as only Servicenow is aware about it and there is no support is provided by Servicenow on PDI.

@shaikfaheem I face the same issue, the only thing is to wait..
It can be 5 minutes as well as 3 days 😄 however there is a chance to let ServiceNow notify you when it is finished... in the top of the page there is an announcement with it
EDIT:

Here are some points to consider:
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.
Backup and restore you PDI data using GITHUB
FYI, earlier Backup and restore feature was available for PDI's which is disccontinued since 15 DEC 2022
Link to that Post- https://developer.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @shaikfaheem
There’s currently no official support for ServiceNow PDIs. If you're experiencing errors or your instance is down, you have two options:
-
Wait it out – Many users (3–4 posts just today) have reported that their PDIs are either unreachable or slow. In most cases, the issue resolves in 1–2 days. So, if you can afford to wait, hold off before releasing your instance.
-
Release & Request a New PDI – You can release your current instance and request a fresh one. But be careful:
You will lose all your custom apps, update sets, and data.
Only go this route if you're okay starting from scratch.
Pro Tip: Backup Your PDI Using GitHub
To prevent future headaches:
-
Export your applications using Studio → Source Control (GitHub or GitLab).
-
Regularly commit your updates (Script Includes, Client Scripts, Tables, etc.).
-
Also export Update Sets for manual backup if needed.
-
Keep copies of important data (CSV or XML) and save local copies of scripts or test cases.
If you found my response helpful, I would greatly appreciate it if you could mark it as "Accepted Solution" and "Helpful."
Your support not only benefits the community but also encourages me to continue assisting. Thank you so much!
Thanks and Regards
