Regarding Instance Offline

Actually I have used my instance yesterday morning(18-07-2025) as well but when I opened today morning(19-07-2025) it's Showing your instance is offline How much Time It will Take to get my instance back?

Hi @shaikfaheem,

It can be unpredictable when will it come back online. Mine was reclaimed without notice even when I had used it 2 days ago. Always keep a backup of your work in Github repo so that you can commit it in new instance if this issue occurs so that you dont lose your work.

as you might know, there is no support from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to below two options:

1. Wait, it should come online after some time
2. When you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. NOTE, every development that hasn't been backed up will be lost for good.

If your instance is offline, you can try the following options:

• You can release this instance and request a fresh instance but note that this will result in the loss of all your previous work and data.

• Alternatively, you can wait to see if the issue resolves on its own. If it doesn't after some time, you have to take a fresh instance.
