regarding security incident catalog items

Hi we want to create security incident catalog items ,along with the workflow , can I get the process of creation of security incident catalog items?   TIA.

Create a Record Producer in the Service Catalog that targets the Security Incident table [sn_si_incident]. Add form variables that collect the data you need (short description, CI, impact/severity, etc.). Then map the variables to the target table's fields. For details, see "Create a record producer"
