Regarding to ServiceNow HRSD

Hi,

 

I am not able to create the HR case in HRSD, I have given the proper role also but I can't create the case in HRSD, please could anyone help me

@manju5 Are you getting any errors while creating the case? Or you are not getting any option to create the case. Can you share some screenshots?

@Sandeep Rajput No error is getting, Case is not creating When I click create case button. I have shared screenshot below

I am trying to create HR case in my PDI, So any paid plugins are required ?

@manju5 No paid plugins are required for the case creation to work on the PDI. There are couple of ways to address this issue.

1. Check what error appears in the system log when you click create case.

2. Try logout from the current session and login again try choosing a different subject person and HR service and see if you can create the case.

 

If none of the solution works then reset your development instance and try installing the plugins again.
