Regarding to ServiceNow HRSD

Hi,

 

I am not able to create the HR case in HRSD, I have given the proper role also but I can't create the case in HRSD, please could anyone help me

I have tried what you said but it's not working.

Hello Manju,

Ensure that you have the appropriate roles and permissions to create HR cases in HRSD. Sometimes, there may be specific roles or ACLs (Access Control Lists) that control who can create HR cases.

Hi Priyanka,

I have given the sn_hr_core.admin and sn_hr_core.basic roles but I am not able to create HR case. Could you please tell me any ACL's are blocking for creation?
