Hi,

 

I am not able to create the HR case in HRSD, I have given the proper role also but I can't create the case in HRSD, please could anyone help me

@manju5 Since you are facing this issue on your PDI, you can choose to reset your instance and reinstall the HR related plugins. I am sharing another alternative with you over the private message.
