Hi All,
I have a requirement on virtual agent, whenever user is not satisfied with the chatbot, we have to create the new query, So bot will give options to the user as to chat with support team, it want to be open a new window to redirect to the support team and connect with them.
Please help me to achieve it.

Hi @HemaLatha Koyya ,
In virtual agent there is Transfer to Live Agent oob topic that will connect to available live agent to talk .You can define your own topic if you need custom one.

We completed over their, but we have to chat with the live agent in a new window, whenever user chat with the live agent support the chat should be open in a new window.
