Related list fields not showing for all

In workspace related list, fields are not showing for all 
for me I can see this 

for other users it is showing only Number field as below image.

Can anyone help me where to configure and make changes?

Is this only in the workspace or also in the 'old backend' view?

This is only on the workspace, backend it is all good.

In that case it's not related to ACL's or any other kind of data access. Can you check on the different views for this table (the related list)? It feels like the workspace view isn't set correctly.
