Related list fields not showing for all

In workspace related list, fields are not showing for all 
for me I can see this 

for other users it is showing only Number field as below image.

Can anyone help me where to configure and make changes?

Looking at your responses related to checking on views or to look up a table in the system, can you check with some one within your organization with more experience on the platform? Going to a table or checking on a view are basic things a system admin should know about and we don't have access to your instance to check on it for you.

can we rearrange the fields of related list? that should look the same for all the users
