Related list records not showing up

Hello,

On Portal related list records data is not showing up it shows blank rows but when click on rows it display proper data on right hand side window.

It's custom portal and custom page I am showing a specific view on the portal which is working fine on the lower instance but it's not working on the Production. I am showing form on the portal and it's having the related list when user clicks on related list it's showing the blank record rows data is not showing up.

sorry but since it's a custom you will have to debug it
