Related list the CI's is still loading on Add UI button in related list.

Hello Community!

We have used relationship in Related list on change request form to get Affected CI's (task_ci table). When click on Add button (top right corner) check the checkbox which we want to add and then click on add selected (top right corner). Then the form is still loading and the item is not getting added.

Note: The problem is exist in lower instances (Upgraded to XANADU). Stage and Prod instances are working fine (Not upgraded to XANADU). Please see the attachments.

Share your knowledge and help me here to sort it out would be much appreciated.

Sounds like an issue with Xanadu. Can you try updating to Patch 4? Not sure if it will resolve this issue as well, but Xanadu Patch 4 is fixing a lot of issues that were discovered between EA and now. 

If that still doesn't help, reach out to NowSupport, since it is clearly a bug in Xanadu, because it still works on the lower instances. I can't reproduce it on my instance, but that one is already on Patch 4.

The test instance is already updated to patch 4. Now we have raised HI case for this issue.
