Relayed List Entry Filter condition

Hi All,

I have a requirement to show only operational CIs on the related list -'Impacted Service' on the incident form. So I have added the filter condition after going to the related list entry of the Impacted Services but the filter conditions are not appearing for all the incidents. Screenshot attached.

 

Can someone please suggest how to achieve this requirement.

I think the views are different. Please enter the settings for all the views you use.

@HIROSHI SATOH Sorry didn't understand, where to change? I have added the condition on the default view of the related list. But one thing I noticed here is on incident where the filter conditions are not getting applied, when I am opening the related list in the new window, the view is coming as Null. Screenshot attached.

Is incident where filter is not appiled is default view?

only if incident in default view can see this filter

 

@saivishwaja val Yes, the incident is in Default view but the related list when opening in the new window is showing as null.
