Whenever the user's changed the state to Pending user they want to sent the reminder's how it do.

send three automated customize reminders like "Reminder:-1", "Reminder:-2" and then automatically close an incident in the "Pending User Acceptance" state on 4th day.

When they change the state like it will send the notification like state changes Pending user, like that.
