Remove a section(global scope) from form

After a patch upgrade & committing the update sets, an additional section got created in global scope(don't know how)whereas that form was in scoped level when I'm trying to remove that section by creating an update set in global scope still that section is not editable, how should I approach this

Please add a screenshot of what section you want to remove from which workspace or native Ui?

 In the above picture the 'label' got added as section on the form view but that 'label' is in global scope and the other sections/ form was created in a different scope view;
