Remove Choice list option(none) from drop down.

Hello Team,

I have the variable severity which is choice list field.I want to remove the option none (custom value) as there is already OOB --None--.

In this   process I deleted the choice none is there is no option to keep it inactive.

But my problem here is even though it is deleted it is appearing in the drop down list.May I know what is reason . I even tried with onload script remove option but no luck.Can you please help me to get rid of this issue.

Hmm. Okay, have you tried the option suggested by Girish above. Clear the cache (cache.do) and log out and re-login, as you have already deleted the record. Let me know if that works. Also, see if there is a catalog client script on the variable which is adding the option 'None'.

As per your screen, you are manually added 'None' value in the choice list, so could you please make it as false or delete value and check once and let me know. if it is worked or not

Yes I deleted Rajesh because we dont option to make it inactive.But I see the same happening.

if you are using Default value, can you verify this step and let me know

Change the Choice field value to Dropdown without -- None -- (must specify a default value).

And also please check is there any dictionary overrides for this variable
