Remove PA widget from Employee Center

We are converting our service portal to Employee Center and see that there is a widget performance icon on every page.  How do we turn that off?  We aren't able to find what widget this is or how to remove/hide it.

Hi tcorniels, 

I was facing the same issue for a client. It seems it is not possible to fully deactivate it. 

An alternative could be to restrict it to a particular role, for example pa_admin, which would make sense.
You can do that from the widget record itself (Service Portal > widgets : Performance Indicator) see screenshot below.

Hi Steveneg,

 

You can create the below system property with type string and pass the value the "false" to disable it for portal

name - sn_ex_sp_perf_tools.enable_perf_widget
