Remove topic from custom chat experience in VA Designer

I am trying to inactivate the OOB Live Agent Support. topic but am receiving a message that says "This topic is used in a custom chat experience. Please remove the topic from the chat experience to proceed." (see below screenshot) I am unable to figure out where to remove this topic from. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Navigate to sys_cs_topic.LIST. Search for the duplicate topic and make sure Active, is Topic Visible and Published is true

Navigate to Conversational Interfaces -> Settings -> Chat Settings -> Virtual Agent

Click on Custom Greetings and setup View All

Select the chat experience

Click on Live agent Setup topic type

Remove Live Agent Support topic from Setup topic

Now try to deactivate the OOB Live Agent Support topic

Thank you very much @Shruti  ! The only problem is now I no longer see Live agent support in the list of topics. I inactivated the OOB one and added the duplicated live agent to the setup topics, but it is not showing up. Do you know how to fix that?

Make sure the duplicated topic is active and published.
