Remove UI action from three dots of HR agent workspace

Hello Community,

We have some UI actions like Set Reminder available on HR agent workspace by clicking on three dots.

How can we remove this "Set Reminder"  from that three dots and made it always visible on form.

I tried using that " Checking - Workspace form button " and " unchecking - Workspace form menu".
But its not working for me. Every time, I am doing this, the UI action is not visible even by clicking three dots.

Please guide me where I am going wrong.

Hello, 

There is a couple of settings that you can do

1. Be default the number of UI displayed UI Actions is 3, so if you change the order of "Set Reminder" you can bring it as one of the first 3 and it will show.

2. You can increase the number of UI Actions shown before grouping. This can be done by the record page.

Is there any way , we can change the number of UI displayed UI actions because I have to show all the UI actions on form despite of inside the three dots.
