Remove Unsubscribe | Notification from Notifications

Hi,

I want to remove the Unsubscribe | Notification Preferences links when email notifications are sent, and if possible the Ref.

I have tried removing the template from Email Template field, but it is still showing up in the notifications. I was thinking of creating a new Email Layout but I have no idea what to put in the Layout. Can someone help me with that?

I did click on New email layout, but need help what should put in the layout so Unsubscribe or Preferences does not shows up in the notification.

without specifying a template, ServiceNow uses the template with the Sys ID given at system property glide.notification.email.default_template_sys_id

But if I want to specify a template, how can I do that? This is for a group of email notifications, I don't want to make a global change.

sorry for the late answer.

On the Notification records you a reference field to select a Notification Template. Just create a new Template and reference it in the respective Notifications.

I left that field in blank and it removed the Unsubscribe I don't know why it didn't work the first I did, perhaps I did not update the notification.
