Removing Demo Data from SNC

Hello,

As part of the implementation of Service-Now we are going to be required to remove all the demonstration data such as the following:

Companies
Locations
Categories
Knowledge Articles (including news)
Configuration Items (CIs)
Task Records (i.e. changes, incidents, problems)
Survey's & Responses
Metrics

Is there a script or plugin that we can use to remove/clean-up all this demo data?

To complete this post, it would be usefull to precise all table that contains demo datas.
This list still exist somewhere ? (I didn't find it)
Or we have to start to create this list in this post ? (it will be quite long !)

Your request to clear demo data should be routed through a Service Catalog item.

1. Navigate to hi.service-now.com.
2. Click on Self-Service > Remove Demo Data.
3. Specify the instance from which to remove demo data.
   • If you are having trouble finding your instance, preface the instance name with "*" to perform a "contains" query.
4. Specify the date and time to remove demo data from the selected instance.
   • The date and time must be at least 4 hours later than the current time.
5. Click Submit.

Is there a list of what is being deleted by SN? The last project I worked, SN had deleted more than demo data : default workflows , ESS Portal. I just want to make sure if I request demo data to be deleted, that they're not deleting everything. Thank you.
