Removing Demo Data from SNC

Hello,

As part of the implementation of Service-Now we are going to be required to remove all the demonstration data such as the following:

Companies
Locations
Categories
Knowledge Articles (including news)
Configuration Items (CIs)
Task Records (i.e. changes, incidents, problems)
Survey's & Responses
Metrics

Is there a script or plugin that we can use to remove/clean-up all this demo data?

Hey Sam great the hear from you!

Depending on what plugins you have installed on your instance the demo data that will be removed is different so we don't have a full list of what that data looks like per plugin. Each plugin has a folder of demo data that is uploaded when you do a zboot so when you remove the demo data you could remove everything from a few sys_ids to tens or hundreds of sys_ids.

Thanks for the information. I ended up just manually deleting the demo data in the scripts - background module.
