removing ref:msg from quick messages

How to remove the ref:msgxxxxxx from the quick message template. The email message is sent with ref:msg at the bottom of the email.

Hi Ronald,

Those aren't part of Quick Messages, they are part of every outbound message so that replies can be correlated to the proper record in the system. You don't want to remove those if you don't have to.

Watermarks on notification emails

To remove the watermark , please navigate to notification and uncheck the 'omit watermark' button.

While you can turn off the watermark (either at the notification level where Suseela mentioned) or globally with the system property under System Properties> Email Properties.

Thanks for the answer, i don't want to do it from the email property level.

I want to do it from quick message level.

Anyway to hide ,so that it's not visible. I don't want the end user to use the ref:msg
