I have a playbook that is using the Update Record Activity Definition. This activity comes with a Skip and Update button. I would like to remove the ability to Skip but the normal way of doing that is not available. There are no definitions listed in the playbook action related list but it still shows the two buttons. Has anyone ran into this before or have an idea on how to accomplish this or if it is even possible. I have created accomplished this with other actions like Create Task.

Hi @Nancy Aud2 ,
Did you ever figure this out? I am guessing if its not easily disabled OOTB then its probably required to create a custom definition etc?
Cheers

Did you try out to change the entry in the related list "Action Mapping" in the "Global Playbook Experience", which you can reach under "All > Playbook Experiences"? Unfortunately, some of the Action mappings are under read-only protection. For "User Form" type you can open the corresponding "Action assignment" and add an "Action Exclusion" for the table(s) you require. See attached screenshots.
If you are in a special module, such as the Operational Technology module, you can also try to check the corresponding Playbook experience.
