'Report Date' on Status report on Project Workspace

Hello,

The 'Report Date' under status report is showing the current date (today's date), but we if a report has not been refreshed, it would show a date of last refreshed date not todays date. 

How can we achieve that?

In project workspace status reports shows today’s date by oob design because the workspace uses the current date for the snapshot it’s displaying rather than the last time the report data was updated or refreshed, and unlike a static report within snow .......
