Hi Everyone,
Can you please help me on this requirement to get the report of the time to the ticket is submitted (created)to the time it is closed for SCTASK.
I would like to get the closed time report for below time frames.
< 5 days
6-10 days
11-20 days
> 20 days

First of all, you need a field to capture the submitted --> closed time frame. Next, you need report ranges created to get the timeframes listed in your report.
