Report when group changes

Hi Team,  Please guide how can i create report for below conditions when it changes to specific groups. Please guide

Ticket numberCreated onAssigned to infosecAssigned  to IT security Operations from  InfosecClosure date

Hi @Jyo090 

You need to create a similar setup for Change Requests, but the field to use is Assignment Group. Just to clarify, metrics only work on new records.

 

Refer my screenshot for Incident management.

Hi @Jyo090 ,

 

As @Dr Atul G- LNG correctly have mentioned, Metric definition would be the correct approach to utilize, as you can capture assignment for specific assignment group.

I agree with Atul, you can use metrics for this.

You can refer many OOTB metrics and create for your table
