Reporting on errors on ServiceNow instance ?

I have 1 requirements

1. Report on errors in the past hour for Integrations, scripts, jobs. The logs show all these error but want to group them as a report using OOB ServiceNow report of type of issue

2. Group MID server issues so it is clear on what are the prominent issues
