Reporting on Incidents to show when we have not communicated to our customers

Hi, I currently have a report that shows me when an incident hasn't been updated for 14 days using these conditions:
This shows me what I need in terms of Incidents not updated in 14 days, but what I really want to see is Incidents where we haven't communicated to the customer using the Additional Comments field within the ticket. Any idea how we would look to report on that? Thanks in advance
