Hello,
We are seeing many request items to were the requester is asking for an update via "additional comments" and our IT teams haven't responded back. Is there a way to get a report that shows us the requests that have been sitting with no updates from IT staff? And specifically, ones where the user requested an update via additional comments and has not received one?
Any help would be much appreciated to get me pointed in the right direction.
