Reporting on relevance and accuracy of Knowledge Articles

Hi - I am trying to report on our knowledge articles for relevance/accuracy but there doesn't seem to be standard report in our system which pulls the actually content of the volumes in full which I find hard to believe

When trying to build such a report the reporting results are terrible and illegible pulling through the formatting of the actual articles with charaters etc? Is there a standard report available?
