Reporting - Show Users with multiple Computers associated to them

I would like to produce a report that shows only Users and the Computers assigned to those Users where there are more than 1 of the same Model ID (for example: John Doe has 2x Lenovo ThinkPad L14 laptops, Jane Doe has 3x iPhone 16e devices; I do not want to see Jack Doe who only has 1x Samsung Galaxy).

Without scripting/database view, can this be done using the OOB reporting?

If there is a table that directly references another table, you should be able to do a report like that. In this case, I would be looking at a report on User [sys_user] and add a related list query that looks like this:
