reporting users that are part of company but not part of wanted groups

what is the best way to create report for users that are from company x but not part of some wanted groups x or y?

tried to use the report's own tools (table + conditions) but those seem to be quite limited.

you can try to use database view and join the tables if those are related with each other

how is company related to group table?

so i need list of users from one specific company, and only the users that are not members of user group's x or y.
