Description -
As the process owner, I would like reports to be available which are specific to the logged in user (manager). The reports should be added to the Time card dashboard.

Acceptance criteria -
Who has not reported time
Only show the managers direct reports
Can the dashboard default to the logged in user?
Make the report for the last week
Also, be able to select direct reports.

Got nothing to do with the dashboard, and everything to do with the report criteria.
Look at the operator "is dynamic".  From there you can select "Me", which is the person who's logged in.
