 Need to create reports on the following.

1. Average Ticket received per month
2. Average Tickets closed per month
3. Average count of tickets close following escalation (anything tat's raised to level 2 or 3)

Any suggestion how to get the average value in reports?

Hi @abhilash_4344 ,

As I see it two different options:

1. Create normal reports through the report designer utilizing time series widget with "per" as month and "aggregation" as average.

2. Performance analytics, as here you can do the direct calculation that you would like to.
