Request item Report with Task

Can we create Request item report with task details as well ?

The business owner wants to see the Request report like below, since all are different tables, I am unable to find the option to merge all tickets in one report

Request Number	Requestor Name	Created Date	Completed date	Business Duration
	Approved Task	Created Date	Completed date	Business Duration
	SC task	Created Date	Completed date	Business Duration

You can also check OOTB database view as well to get familar.
