Hi,

Request number(REQ123456) in the activities comment Redirects to homepage for different users with similiar access.

For one user it goes to exact request and for others it redirects to homepage.

These type of issues not easy to investigate and very specific. Try clear cache for all users , try in different browser and try to create few more request and then see.
