Hi all,
I've read the docs mentioning that when you click the button to request an instance there should be an option to choose which release you want to use, but anytime I click the button to request an instance it immediately starts the request for Xanadu. I've tried on Chrome and Edge and both the request instance button on the developer homepage next to the account icon and the request instance button in the dropdown menu when clicking the account icon. Can anyone help me find a way to create a Washington DC instance?
Thanks!

There have been questions about downgrades in the past. The following is helpful.

Hi @zmcdanel
I tried this at my side and I can see 3 releases to pick up. It might be some temporary issue at the SN side.

Totally possible:
- release the current version that you are on
- I selected 'other' as my reason and entered that I wanted to use the Washington DC version
- create a new instance
- you'll be prompted to select a version (three versions were available to me and I selected Washington DC
Hope this helps!

Thanks for the replies!
I thought I was going crazy but after closing the browser, trying different browsers, and signing in/out multiple times eventually when I clicked the button it brought up the window with the option to choose release instead of skipping straight to building the instance.
