Request Table Default View Update Issue

Hi All,
I am trying to update the default view on sc_request table , now I open the list view and click on reset to default columns then go to configure--> list layout now I update the columns and save the columns for default view. Now when I go to sys_ui_list for sc_request table the columns are updated properly for the default view but the sys_id is changed now from the previous record , now if I try to move this update set to higher instances the update set is committed successfully but the default view is not updated because the sys_id of sys_ui_list is different from dev and test instances.
