Requested record not found

Hi,

 

For end users, after submitting the catalog item it shows  "Requested record not found". 

I have checked the acl's on sc_request table. we have sc_request.* read ACL without any roles and conditions. Still users are not able to see the record. Please let me know, how to solve this issue.

when you do this with admin user can you please share the screenshot? I think it will show RITM.

Can you please check on sc_req_item table if all read acls are fine?

Also just a silly question, this is a catalog item not record prodcuer  J.
