Requirement to populate 'closed_by' field on change to system

Hi,

 

I have a requirement to populate the 'closed_by' field on change with system in a customized flow where the changes in review state are picked up for auto closure after a specific no. of. days. Setting the 'Run as' property to System user leaves the closed_by field empty and setting it as 'User initiated session' populates the name of flow creator. Is there any way to populate the field by 'system' or any means where it can be flagged that the change was closed in the auto closure process. Please guide.

You can have a user called System, then select this user in a step on your flow.

Also you can add in either the Activities or in the Work Notes a comment that the system closed automatcally. 

Another option is creating a new read-only True/False field that can be flaged when the system closed the task.
