Resent emails stuck at "send-ready" in email log

Hello all,

I tried re-sending a couple of emails by using the Resend button in the email log. The first emails resent successfully, but the older emails are stuck on "send-ready". Does anyone know how to push out the emails or is it because there's a restriction in place on how old an email can be for re-sending?

Any info is greatly appreciated!

Hi Gnunez,

the reason might be the stuck event.you will need to do a small investigation.

Hi,

Go to active transactions and check if there is any error or long running transaction. If yes, kill the transaction and check.

For older emails you should change the 'Created' to current date (Today) before resending them.
