Resolution notes being chopped by Service Operations Workspace

I have an odd problem with the Service Operations Workspace.

We've just started using it and there's one agent that is having issues when resolving an incident. They hit the Resolve button and the resolve dialogue comes up. 

They fill in everything they need to and click resolve on the popup. 

However sometimes, not all the resolve notes are posted to the incident. Sometimes, randomly it seems, they are truncated.

They were using Edge but I asked to try Chrome and they are still having the issue.

Has anyone else seen this sort of behaviour? How did you fix it?
