Resolve choice/button missing on HR case form

Hello Everyone, 

I am new to HRSD and noticed that we don't have a state as resolved or a UI action, am I missing something? 

I have a client need which says that to have a button as resolve HR cases and then automatically close complete the case after 3 days once it is resolved. How should I move forward with it?

@Snow-Man I went searching for the OOTB state flows for HR and found none. Looks like no OOTB state flows are defined on HR Case tables.

Yeah, I just checked and found no state flows, thank you so much for your time 🙂 So I can create a new state as resolved as it wouldn't disrupt any state flows

You can by all means but I still won't recommend that as resolved state can be easily replaced by Awaiting Acceptance.
