[Resolved] - Suggestive search and searc field not working

Good afternoon servicenow community, I need to clear a doubt, a doubt that I am not able to resolve.
Situation:
I have a servicenow instance with two portals configured.
Being an OLD Service Catalog and a New Service Catalog.
The problem you are experiencing is the following:
The search field does not show suggestive searches for the new catalog, for some unknown reason, the search field always shows suggestions for the catalog that has been discontinued.
Important notes:
- The search widget has been reset to default config.
- The old catalog is disabled, that is, only the new portal should be displayed.
- the search always shows results from the old catalog even if it is already disabled.
