REST API Syntax

I'm looking for the link to the sheet that provides the API syntax to write a REST API call.  Specifically the use of AND, OR, or BETWEEN as well as other conditionals.  I know this is a bit vague, but there used to be a page on the ServiceNow site that described this with examples, but I can no longer find it.
