REST message outbound issue

When i try to call the rest message in background script, i am getting below statement along with the response.

No URIs provided, removing all URI matcher rules

can anyone help me to understand why this statement comes here

does your REST Message have endpoint configured in that record and also in the REST Message HTTP method end point is there?

Did you test the REST Message when you configured that?

This is generally with URI parameter missing in the query.

Can you share the REST call, to know more.
