Restore PDI

Hi Team,My instance got released and I am unable to access dev270056.service-now.com .Is there anyway to retrieve developer instance?

I have been using PDI since this morning with no issues, but yes, I saw a few posts on the community about PDI offline. 

1. There is no support available for PDI.  means either we community get back your PDI nor help t recover it for you.

2. You may release this instance and take a new one but in this case, you will lose your previous data. 

From going forward, try to take regular backup of PDI, to avoid any loss of update set in future.

Will my released instance data will be wiped out completely or it will have the data backup by any chance?If so,can servicenow support team help me out with atleast read access to me data?

I'm afraid if you don't have an option to restore then it is gone and nothing can be done here.

There is no support for PDI, and even if it was not inactive,  it can still go away with some maintaincence / infra changes.

IT is always advisable to keep a local backup of anything important you do on PDIs.

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs. Furthermore, it's not possible to restore an instance after it has been redrawn back to the pool. Only option is to request a fresh installation and start over.
