restrict non-itil user from accessing Servicenow native

Hi
I am facing an issue where Non-itil users are able to able to access Servicenow native and all the applications.
I want the page to redirect to portal even if Non-itil users have the URL of backend.

Already configured a system property 'glide.entry.loggedin.page_ess' but this is not working as per out requirement.

It would be great if I can get some help/suggestions to fix the issue.

But if non-itil users have any backend table URL then it doesnot redirect to portal.
