Hello,
Is there a way in Service-Now to restrict access to company devices only e.g. domain joined devices etc. Currently our URL is accessible on the public network from any device.

Hi Bilal
You can try this OOB method: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/london-platform-administration/page/administer/login/concept/c_IP...

Thanks Ankush,
We thought about that but this is not possible in our situation. When our users work remotely, they connect to company network using ConnectDirect/VPN and they get IP address from their local ISP. So this is not practical to limit access based on IP address as user can have any IP address.
Regards,
Bilal

We use IP based and it works as well for VPN. When you VPN in you will get the egress IP for the VPN service you are connected through.

Hi Howellm,
We use Microsoft DirectAccess as our VPN solution that creates 2 tunnels and most of the traffic is routed to internet via client IP address obtained from local router/ISP.
